Cardio Exercise Videos

How many days a week should I exercise?
I’m trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I’m eating about 1600 cals a day and I’ve been doing some cardio at the gym(treadmill/rowing machine) and then some weight training and cardio videos at home. Generally I work out 45 mins – 1 hour. How many times a week should I do this to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months.
I would start out 4 days a week. Make sure that you are working the cardio hard and keeping up with your cals.
