<b>Curves, crappy community center fitness center, or buy home equipment?
I am 23 and could probably lose 10 pounds, but more importantly I just want to feel healthier. Those 3 options seem to be the only ones for me since I know (from previous experience) that I won’t go somewhere too far from home.
Is Curves just for older women, or would I be fine there?
The community center is close by and inexpensive ($50/year) but the equipment isn’t all that.
Or there is always buying an elliptical for home. I used to have one but it broke, so I know I would use it but I don’t feel like I have that much money to put down at once.
Any advice or experiences?
depends on your personality i have tons of equipment at home that i never use i much rather go to a gym simply because i get inspired by the group. its kind of like studying in the library vs your room. one is more convenient but easier to get sidetracked the other their is really not much else to do but what you intended. unless you sit on the treadmill and watch t.v but hopefully you will be too emberessed to be relaxing in a gym.
